Estes Valley Development Code Area

The Estes Valley planning area includes both the incorporated area of the Town of Estes Park and the unincorporated area of Larimer County lying within the Estes Valley, as illustrated on this map. Through an intergovernmental agreement with Larimer County, the Town of Estes Park Community Development Department is responsible for planning review of development proposals and subdivision proposals within the Estes Valley Development Code boundary shown in red on this map. The Estes Valley Development Code (EVDC) provides unified zoning and subdivision regulations that apply to all development within the Estes Valley.
