Planning a dinner, meeting, picnic, family reunion or celebration?
The Town of Estes Park offers three unique locations available for rental.

The Estes Park Senior Center, 220 Fourth Street, has a large dining room seating 50 people with expansion into the adjacent room which will double the capacity for table service.  The Heritage Garden and Patio are included with rental of the full Senior Center, as well as the decks with patio furniture overlooking the mountains to the east and south.  Individual rooms are available for smaller groups, functions or meetings.  Catering for All Occasions, the exclusive caterer for the Senior Center, is a full service catering business offering a variety of affordable food service options from breakfasts, luncheons, snacks, to full formal dinners.  No cooking facilities are available at the Senior Center. The lessee may decorate to customize the event; linen and china rental is available.

The Estes Park Museum meeting room.

The Estes Park Museum, 200 Fourth Street, has an 1137 square foot meeting room with large picture windows overlooking Lake Estes.  The tastefully designed room seats 75 at tables or up to 120 individuals for casual snacks and receptions.   There is a sound system, projection equipment and a viewing screen available for conferences and meetings which can also be combined with food services by approved caterers.  A small kitchen area is available for serving coffee and cold drinks; no cooking facilities are available at the Museum.

The Hydroplant picnic grounds at 1754 Fish Hatchery Road are available for rental.  Adjacent to the Historic Fall River Hydroplant, the picnic grounds are on the south side of Fall River with the sheer rock face of Deer Mountain towering above. The site is set among pine trees, wildflowers and boulders and is quiet and located away from roadways.

The O’Connor Picnic Shelter is a covered pavilion with concrete flooring overlooking the tumbling waters of Fall River, and contains 14 new picnic tables.  Electric service is available.  There is a stone fire pit approximately 8 feet in diameter for wood fires or lessees may bring a gas grill (subject to fire restrictions of the season).  Restrooms with modern vault toilets are conveniently located by the pavillion.  A volleyball sand court may also be reserved. There is a separate gravel roadway leading to the site for lessees’ access and parking with an open grassy field for family gatherings, games or walks.
