Stanley Park on US Hwy 36, next to Lake Estes is the host to the Highland Festival. There will be bagpipers, both in competition and performance, Scottish Highland and Irish Step Dancing, traditional athletic contests, music, food, jousting and much more. This all follows a wonderful parade Saturday morning through downtown and ending at Stanley Park.
