Estes Valley Comprehensive Plan

The Estes Valley Comprehensive Plan is a land use plan for the Estes Valley. The plan was jointly adopted by Larimer County and the Town of Estes Park in December 1996, following two years of extensive community-wide input. This plan established goals to guide future development and recommended revisions to zoning and subdivision regulations. Following adoption of the Comprehensive Plan, the Town and County developed the Estes Valley Development Code.

The Estes Valley Comprehensive Plan was reviewed in 2010 by a committee comprised of Town and County Board and Commission members and facilitated by Town staff.
